How does rental usually work?

We carry a large selection of rental tools and party equipment, most of which is on view. Stop by to inspect the items you may want to rent and pick up a price list.

We will be happy to prepare a quotation for you. All we will need is the date of your rental and the equipment you plan to rent. Note: A quotation does not reserve the equipment.

If you know what you plan to rent and when you will need it we will be happy to make a reservation. By making a reservation you will be assured that we will have the equipment available when you need it. Reservation can be made by phone or in person.

In order to rent equipment we will need your driver’s license for identification. We will also need your address, phone numbers and a credit card for the deposit and the rental payment. (The name on the driver’s license and the credit card must be the same.) Arrangements should be made in advance for cash deposits or if you want to open an account.

Rental Rates & Equipment Return:
Your rental fee is based on the time you have the equipment out of the store. All rental rates are shown on our rental contract.

Tool Rental:
The rental fee for tools is based on either partial days or full days. A day is considered to be 24 hours long. Therefore, if you rent a tool today at 2:00 PM and it is on a one day rental, you will be expected to return it the next day by 2:00 PM.


Extra Charges:
We do charge an additional fee for late returns. All equipment should be returned in the same condition it was in when received. We also charge for damaged equipment, equipment not returned or equipment returned dirty. MUST BE REFUELED BY CUSTOMER OR CHARGES WILL APPLY.

Delivery and Pick Up:
We offer delivery and pick up for a nominal additional fee. Call for a quote. In order to give an accurate fee we will need the delivery and pick up dates, the address including the zip code, phone number and a contact at the delivery site. If special delivery or pick up dates or times are required, i.e. not during normal working hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Monday through Friday, there will be an extra charge.

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are tailgate drop off service to the ground floor. Items will be stacked by the driver upon delivery. It will be the customer’s responsibility to move the items to specific locations on site. Please make sure all items are stacked in the same location for the pickup.

What payment options do I have?
We accept VISA, Master Card, cash and checks. Sorry, but we cannot accept checks from new accounts or for deposits on the day of the rental.
